✅ Eligibility for a Refund

You may request a return or refund within 14 calendar days of receiving your order if:

  • You notify us within this time period

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect


🚫 Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • ❌ Items that have been opened, used, swatched, or altered after delivery

  • ❌ Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery

  • ❌ Custom or made-to-order items (if applicable)

  • ❌ Final sale, clearance, or heavily discounted products

  • ❌ Items marked as non-returnable at checkout

🔄 Return & Refund Process

Our team will assess your request and may ask for additional information if needed.

2) Return Instructions

If approved, we’ll share the return address and shipping instructions.
📦 Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

4) Refund Issuance
